You have already been approved for care through VA Community Care.

Before your first appointment,  you will need to complete your intake form.

If you are unsure about your authorization status, call us before scheduling. 

Veteran appointments are scheduled directly through our office.

• Appointments are scheduled by phone

• We assist with scheduling to keep care consistent and organized

• Self-scheduling may be discussed if appropriate

At each visit, you’ll receive a focused medical massage based on your pain or injury.

• Each session lasts 50–60 minutes

• Each appointment counts as one visit
   

You have up to 12 authorized sessions, which your practitioner will track. 

If you want to know how many visits you have left, just ask. 

 

When your sessions are used, we will usually request a new authorization for ongoing care if needed.
